Cash on delivery orders will incur a fee of $9.00 and a postage fee of $8.00. A total of $17.00.

COD
Cash on Delivery is a great way to receive your goods. Simply select this option and Australia Post will deliver your products to your residence or local post office. Once they arrive you can pay for them and not a moment earlier. A flat fee of $17.00 will apply to all COD orders.
Bank Deposit
You can deposit your payment for goods directly into our bank account. This saves you a COD fee of $17.00. Choosing this option will allow for quicker delivery because we will not have to contact you for confirmation of your order. Simply send us an email orders@skatebiz.com.au when you have made payment.

Skatebiz Guarantee Return Policy
Skatebiz will refund a purchased item if any of the following occurs:
1. The item has a manufacture fault that the customer could not have known about at the time of purchase.
2. The Item does not match the description that the customer was given.
3. The item does not do the job as the customer was led to believe.
A warning on skateboard decks.
1. SKATEBOARDS ARE NOT GUARANTEED AGAINST BREAKAGE
2. Skateboards will not break while you are just riding along.
3. There is a risk of breakage if you attempt tricks and stunts.
If you are not prepared to take this risk, do not buy a Skateboard.
If a refund is asked for, the customer should:
1. Call or email skatebiz and return the goods as soon as possible.
2. Provide details of the fault.
3. Provide proof of purchase.
4. Stop using the faulty goods until they can be returned.
