This all-new Kizer Element frames features an aluminum inner structure for maximum durability and replaceable nylon outers, and the worlds first flipable h-block. The h-block can be flipped for an optimum groove set up for either flat or anti-rocker. These frames also feature durable one-piece speed skate style 8mm axles.
