Saturday brought sweet sunshine as per usual here in Qld.Waking the boys up after a late night of drinking and singing down the pub was no easy task.Mike always wanted a few more minutes of sleep. We headed to the skateshop where we were meeting up a bunch of skaters before heading to the skatemeet and getting some breakfast as well. A turnout of around 70 skaters were already into the huge park and sessioning everything in sight. Highlights were Richie and Tom throwing just about every spin,switch-up and grind down the perfect rail,Golder transferring hips,Ben G on the coping and Marian the German on the ledges with clean long fishbrains.An awesome session was had by all. Packing up after 3 hours and headin for some street Tien and richie skated some flat fat white rails with some nice spins off's until the owner came flying around the corner and almost collected Tein with his car. After that we went to a near by school were a ramp rail with 2 sharp bends kept Richie busy from some time while Tein spotted a head hight ledge roll to grind.(the photo looked sik).Next spot were some longer steeper fat rails were Tom showed his skill by various top-side tricks with a killer committed fish-brain to end the meet.
